Thomas Eisenhart

Thomas Eisenhart is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they focus on large-scale transformations and embedding climate strategies for clients. They previously served as a Consultant and Principal at BCG, specializing in energy industries and sustainable practices. Thomas earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, following a Master’s degree in Clean Chemical Technology from Queen’s University Belfast, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, graduating summa cum laude from Georgia Southern University. Early in their career, they worked as a Research Assistant at both Queen's University Belfast and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, focusing on catalyst design and spectroscopic techniques.
