Tim Leach

Tim Leach is an accomplished professional with a strong background in engineering, finance, and business administration. Tim's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Monash University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in French from Université Jean Moulin and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where Tim graduated as a Baker Scholar. Tim's professional experience began as a Sub-surface Engineer at ExxonMobil, followed by an Associate Consultant role at The Boston Consulting Group. Tim advanced at BCG to become a Managing Director and Partner, contributing to strategic consulting efforts, while also gaining operations management experience at EPIC Companies.
