Tim Near is a seasoned sourcing and supply chain executive with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles. They began their career as a Dairy Plant Supervisor at Saputo Inc. and advanced through positions in procurement and logistics at Quaker Oats and Interbrew, ultimately becoming a Global Procurement Director. Tim held leadership roles at Labatt Breweries, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and now serves as a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group while co-founding Agrowgate, focusing on enhancing supply chain effectiveness for emerging beverage companies. Tim's education includes a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Fleming College and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph.
