Tony Jose is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading teams and managing complex design projects. Currently serving as Design Manager at Boston Consulting Group since April 2017, Tony defines design strategies and establishes standards to ensure high-quality outcomes. Previously, as Senior Art Director, leadership in overseeing design processes and collaboration with stakeholders was demonstrated. At HP Inc., Tony held the role of Lead Designer, delivering marketing collateral while managing a designer team. Earlier experiences include positions as Senior Graphic Designer, Team Lead at Rivet Design Studio in India, and Art Director at Dentsu, where strategic creativity was applied to various print and digital projects. Tony holds a BFA in Design and Applied Arts from the College of Fine Arts in Thiruvanathapuram and a certificate in User-Centered Analysis and Conceptual Design from Human Factors International.
