Tonya Dong

Tonya Dong is a purpose-driven innovator currently serving as the Asia Pacific Digital Center Lead at Boston Consulting Group, where they spearhead innovation use cases and facilitate digital workshops for C-level leadership. Previously, Tonya founded and managed feat. Community Platform, overseeing client events and developing a network of innovation communities. Tonya has also contributed as a creative consultant and program coordinator in various roles across the tech and creative sectors, and they are a TEDx speaker passionate about sustainability, wellness, and design. Educated at Tongji University and Osaka University, Tonya's diverse background includes extensive experience in ecosystem building and content curation.
