Traci Thomas

Traci Thomas is a Principal Strategic Designer at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Traci worked in various roles, including Design Writer and Design Researcher at the Institute of Design, where they contributed to projects focused on innovation, design methods, and user insights. Their experience also includes positions as a Service Design Planner at DD+D Dramatic Diversity, a User Experience Contractor at MentorMob, and various design roles at MAYA. Traci earned a Master of Design (MDes) in Design Planning and Research from the IIT Institute of Design in 2011.
