Twinkle Jha

Twinkle Jha is an analytics professional with a background in Mathematics and a Master's degree in International Relations and Area Studies from the University of Mumbai. They have worked as a Research Specialist in Human Resources at Gartner and are currently a Human Resources Consultant at Zinnov, focusing on Inclusion & Diversity and Talent Analytics. Twinkle has also held positions at I-PAC as an Intern in Data Analytics and contributed to a health project at the Institute of Public Health in Bengaluru. They are currently serving as an Outside Consultant in Human Resources at Boston Consulting Group.
