Val Elbert is a Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with over a decade of experience, specializing in workforce and talent strategy within the tech, media, and telecom sectors. Val has developed expertise in 5G monetization strategy, digital advertising strategy, and organizational transformation, while leading BCG's relationship with a major telecommunications company. Prior to BCG, Val served as a Director at Verizon, managing a 45-person team focused on product design and development, and previously held a Technical Manager role overseeing IT delivery for consumer VoIP products. Val holds an MBA in Economics from Columbia Business School and a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cornell University.
