Yating Yang, Ph.D., has extensive experience in neurobiology and behavior, exemplified by a doctoral program at Cornell University focused on dopamine's role in the prefrontal cortex and its effects on cognitive control and mental illness, particularly schizophrenia. Previous roles include working as a Graduate Researcher and Teaching Assistant at Cornell University, and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Emory University, investigating brain state representation in epilepsy patients. In addition to academic roles, Yating Yang contributed as a Neurodiversity Ambassador at Cornell University Student Disability Services and served as a Research Scientist for mPOD, Inc., where research centered on optimizing Covid-19 self-rapid tests.
