Yohei Takabe

Yohei Takabe is the global leader of Boston Consulting Group's Insurance practice. He joined BCG in 2005 and has focused his work on leveraging technology to develop competitive advantage for his clients. He has acquired deep experience in digital- and IT-related topics across a range of industries with a particular focus on insurance and financial services. His recent experience includes digital transformation, digital marketing, multichannel strategy, strategies leveraging AI, and big data.

Yohei is one of the leaders of DigitalBCG in Japan and is also a core member of the Technology Advantage; Financial Institutions; and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices.

Prior to joining BCG, Yohei was a consultant with IBM Business Consulting Services (formerly PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
