Zach Hamel has extensive experience in consulting, currently serving as a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since September 2016, having progressed from Associate to Consultant, Project Leader, and Principal within the firm. Prior to BCG, Zach was the Executive Director of The LEADER Project from September 2014 to August 2016. Earlier, Zach held the position of President of The Pre-Business Students' Network at Western University from October 2012 to April 2014, leading a 400-member organization focused on supporting business-oriented students through various engagement opportunities. Zach obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Western University.
