Caroline Moylan is the current COO at BCHA. Caroline has also worked as a Partner at Wilson Fletcher, and as Head of Business Development at The App Business.

Caroline has over fifteen years of experience in strategic marketing and business development. Caroline has a proven track record in growing businesses and winning contracts with some of the largest organisations in the UK.

At Wilson Fletcher, Caroline worked with founders to analyse and re-position the agency in the digital service design market. Caroline won contracts with Waitrose, NHS and Associated Press.

At The App Business, Caroline was headhunted to lead business development, key client account management, and strategy for business growth. Under their leadership, the company doubled sales income year-on-year and grew from 15 to 100 staff in less than three years. Caroline won and developed accounts with Unilever, News International, Transport for London, Ford, McLaren, Go-Ahead Group, Home Retail Group and UK Government.

Caroline Moylan pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Philosophy from Fairfield University.
