Laura Jump is the Director of Change, Transformation & Growth at BCHA. Laura has over 9 years of experience working in the humanitarian sector. Laura started their career as a Consultant Researcher & Policy Adviser at Action Against Hunger | ACF-UK. Laura then became a Grants and Reporting Officer and later a Humanitarian Leadership Development Programme Trainee at the same organization. Laura left Action Against Hunger | ACF-UK in 2012 to join Development Initiatives as a Senior Engagement and Advocacy Adviser. In 2013, Laura joined the Humanitarian Leadership Academy as a Senior Project Manager. Laura was promoted to Head of Business Development in 2015 and to Global External Relations Director in 2018. Laura left the Humanitarian Leadership Academy in 2020 to join On Our Radar as CEO (Sabbatical Cover).

Laura Jump has a mini MBA from Birkbeck, University of London in Business Administration and Management, General. Laura also has an LLM (Merit) in Human Rights from Birkbeck, U of London. Laura Jump's undergraduate degree is a BA HONS (Upper Second) in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from the University of Oxford. Laura is also certified from IARAN as an IARAN Fellow.
