Mark Downer

Mark Downer is a Solutions Architect with 7 years of experience in designing and maintaining a large transaction-based loyalty system for a major multinational customer. Currently, Mark works as a Solutions Architect at BCHA and has previously held roles as a Technical Consultant and Team Lead. With a strong background in C# and SQL development, Mark has demonstrated competence in both technical and non-technical discussions. Mark holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science (Cognitive Studies) from the University of Sussex.
