Melvyn Mouflin

Melvyn Mouflin serves as the co-general manager at Limón since January 2024 and has been a franchisee for BCHEF locations in Pessac, Biganos, and Bouliac since October 2019. In addition, Melvyn holds an instructor position for Master Entrepreneurship classes at ESG and lectures on Business Model Canvas, Project Management, and Business Plans at Digital Campus. Previous experience includes lecturing at ESCEN and Télécom Ecole de Management, and leading Hubud Global, a learning and inspiration center. Melvyn co-founded Koalition.co, a European coliving network for entrepreneurs, and has coached students at Groupe INSEEC on digital innovation. Melvyn's education includes a Master's in Services & Brand Management from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management and participation in entrepreneurship studies at HEC Paris, alongside degrees in Applied Foreign Languages and International Business from UFR Arts, Lettres et Langues and Newcastle University.
