Troy Howdyshell is an accomplished legal professional and educator with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Title Attorney at BCHH since January 2025, Troy also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College since January 2021 and as a Board Trustee for Rio Grande Community College since September 2019. Additionally, since January 2016, Troy has held the position of Village Solicitor for the Village of McArthur.
