André Leite

André Leite has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. André started their career in 1989 as an IT Programmer at DATAMEC S/A Processamento de Dados. André then worked as an Information Technology Business Analyst at Mesbla SA from 1990 to 1993. André then joined Reinforce Consultoria e Sistemas as a Senior Manager in Consulting Services from 1993 to 1996. Following that, they became a Partner & Executive Director at Softtek Brazil from 1996 to 2012. André then held the position of Executive Director at Sonda IT from 2012 to 2016. Currently, they serve as the Regional Partner and CEO Brazil at BCI Consulting since September 2016.

André Leite's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Statistics Sciences from ENCE/IBGE, completed from 1989 to 1993. In 1995, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration, Business, and Marketing from Universidade Candido Mendes. More recently, from 2019 to 2020, André attended the Board of Directors Program at IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, becoming a Certified Board Member. In the same period, they also pursued the certification in Valuation & Modeling through the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) as part of the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) program. In 2020, André concluded an extension course for Alumni CA at IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, focusing on Family Business Board of Directors.
