Benjamin Lim

Benjamin Lim's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Sales Promoter at Sharp-Roxy Sales Singapore. In 2008, they became a Safety Officer at the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club, a position they held until 2012. In 2010, they also briefly worked as a Web Designer at Incinemas.sg.

In 2010, Benjamin joined the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) as an Infantry Section Commander, where they demonstrated strong leadership qualities and achieved notable accomplishments. Benjamin was selected to attend the Specialist Cadet School for advanced leadership training and graduated as an Infantry Specialist in the top 20% of their cohort. Benjamin led armed high-security operations and successfully developed the fitness and soldiering competencies of their section.

After their military service, Benjamin worked as an Arts Peer Advisor at The University of British Columbia from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they joined Bain & Company in 2016 as an Associate Consultant, where they worked until 2018. During their time at Bain & Company, Benjamin gained valuable experience in consulting.

From 2018 to 2019, Benjamin worked at Canada Goose as an Associate, Strategy. Benjamin then joined BCI in 2019 as a Principal in Private Equity, a role they currently hold.

Benjamin Lim obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Honours) from The University of British Columbia from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Games Design and Development from Singapore Polytechnic between 2007 and 2010. Benjamin completed their high school education at Dunman Secondary School from 2003 to 2006.
