Cliff Ferguson (PhD ThD FBCI) currently serves as a Research Fellow at the University of the Free State and as the Chief Executive Officer of the Society of Pentecostal-Charismatic Practitioners, while also holding the title of FBCI at BCI and Managing Director at the Academy of Resilience & Continuity. Since February 2005, Cliff has been the Senior Pastor at Shalom Centurion, overseeing various pastoral responsibilities and church activities. With a background in business continuity, Cliff has held significant roles at the National Treasury of South Africa and the Government Pensions Administration Agency, contributing to resilience and continuity initiatives at various levels of government. Education includes advanced degrees in Practical Theology and certifications in Business and Life Coaching, Project Management, and Business Continuity, complemented by extensive experience in strategic advising and church leadership. Cliff is noted for founding Shalom Christian Church and enhancing the church's structure and outreach initiatives.
