Jill O'Connell

Jill O'Connell has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of HR Business Partnership at BCI since April 2015, where responsibilities include employee engagement and onboarding, as well as supporting recruitment efforts to enhance workplace culture. Prior to BCI, Jill held the position of Director of Employee Engagement in the BC Government's Ministry of Children & Family Development from April 2008 to March 2015. Jill's earlier roles include HR Specialist at BC Ferries and HR Generalist at Newcomb & Company, a law firm, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to fostering employee engagement and development throughout a diverse range of organizations.
