Jon Salon

Jon Salon is an experienced senior executive in private equity and healthcare, currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Healthcare at BCI since June 2024, based in New York City. Salon has held various leadership roles, including CEO and President of MDLIVE, a subsidiary of Evernorth, as well as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Corporate Development Officer at MDLIVE. Prior to this, Salon co-founded Bedford Funding, managing a $1.4B private equity fund complex, and held senior positions at Unica Corporation and Infor, where strategic sales significantly increased shareholder value. Legal expertise was honed at Choate, Hall & Stewart and as Vice President at LYCOS. Salon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University and a J.D. from Boston University, where recognized as a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar, and is a participant in the Wharton Fellows Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
