Kenwyn Warner

Kenwyn Warner has extensive work experience in the technology and investment industries. Kenwyn started their career as a Consultant Systems Developer at CIBC World Markets in 1999. Kenwyn then joined OMERS in 2005, where they held various roles including Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Director of Investment Analytics Support. In these roles, they managed data integration, developed online tools for information sharing, and contributed to cost reduction initiatives. In 2018, Kenwyn became the Director of Private Markets Applications at OMERS, responsible for implementing technology solutions in the private markets sector. In 2021, they joined BCI as the Director of Application Delivery & Operations, where they lead the transition of legacy systems to the cloud and oversees the application portfolio.

Kenwyn Warner obtained a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Toronto in 1997-1998, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the same university in 1993-1997. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also have certifications in Professional Agile Leadership™ I (PAL I) from Scrum.org in 2021, the OMERS Directors' Leadership Program from The Ivey Academy - Executive Education - Ivey Business School in 2019, and the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) from the Canadian Securities Institute in 2001.
