Matthew Morais is an experienced analyst in legal operations, currently serving as the lead business analyst at BCI since January 2022. Responsibilities include overseeing legal affairs software implementations and providing front-line support for various software tools. Prior to this role, Matthew worked in data administration and held positions within the Department of National Defence as a human resources administrative assistant and business analyst. Matthew's background also includes multiple internships at SSI (ShipConstructor & EnterprisePlatform) in roles ranging from data analyst to client success and sales team co-op positions. A strong foundation in business analysis is supported by a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and ongoing education in a Business Analysis Certificate Program at Camosun College.
