Michael Yin, CFA, FRM, has extensive experience in investment and risk management, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Investment Risk Modelling at BCI since July 2017. Prior roles at BCI include Associate and Senior Analyst within the same domain, as well as Analyst in Counterparty Risk Management. Previously, an internship in Enterprise Risk Management at CIBC involved developing the Recovery Action Visualization Tool and stress scenario analysis. Michael also interned at ZS Associates, focusing on forecasting models for Parkinson's disease and a mobile printing strategy, and gained experience in investment analysis at SVB Financial Group and The Boston Consulting Group. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Risk Management from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
