Mike Deeth

Mike Deeth, MBA, serves as a Senior Advisor for People Analytics at BCI since April 2018, contributing to the analytics life cycle from query creation to findings presentation. Previously, Mike held roles as an Analyst and Data Analyst within the same team, playing a crucial role in establishing baseline data and foundational practices. Prior experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Research Officer at the BC Ministry of Children and Family Development from September 2011 to March 2018, where Mike focused on research and analysis in social work practices. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Victoria, completed in 2011, and a BA in Sociology and English Literature from the same institution, earned in 2007.
