Simon Austin

Simon Austin has extensive experience in tax and M&A, primarily working at Deloitte Canada and BCI. Simon started their career in 2008 as an Assistant Manager in M&A Tax at Deloitte LLP. From 2011 to 2016, they held roles at Deloitte Canada, including Manager in M&A Tax and Senior Manager in M&A and International Tax. In 2016, they joined BCI as a Senior Manager in Tax and later became the Director of Tax.

Simon Austin completed their Bachelor of Arts with Honors in European Studies with French from King's College London in 2006. In 2004-2005, they also studied Political Sciences at Sciences Po as part of a Programme International. Later, in 2007, Simon obtained a Master of Science degree in Comparative Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
