Zhan Li is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in programming and application services management. Currently serving as a Software Engineer III and Certified Scrum Master at BCI since June 2015, Zhan has also held positions as a Senior Programmer Analyst and Acting Manager in Application Services. Prior to BCI, Zhan worked as an Intermediate Software Developer for the BC Provincial Government and served as a System Analyst and Programmer at the University of Victoria. Zhan's career began at ADXSTUDIO Inc. as a Web Developer. Zhan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba, earned between 2003 and 2006.
