Eric Bess

Eric Bess has over 27 years of experience in the employee benefits and insurance industry. Eric began their career in 1992 as a Branch Manager at The Signature Group. In this role, they were responsible for the development and design of all training courses and materials related to the oversite of all aspects of the Training and Call Centers in a multi-state territory.

In 2002, they moved to Legal Shield & I.D. Shield as a Senior Director/Consultant. Eric then worked as a Managing Executive/Consultant/Trainer at Bessco Services, LLC from 2003 to 2014. During this time, they increased sales production and service efficiency through the Design and Development of curriculum content, training material, modules, and teaching aids to support various sales and quality assurance departments. Eric was also recognized as an expert in Life and Health Insurance with the ability to explain complex policies.

In 2008, Eric Bess became the Director Of Operations at Innovative Housing Inc, where they managed and coordinated participation of staff in all ISP and SIS assessments with provider and state agencies. Eric also consulted with family, friends or service providers to develop information about participant potential interest, skills, experiences and life goals.

From 2014 to 2019, Eric Bess worked as a Sales Manager/Trainer at Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd. During this time, they increased sales production and service quality through the design and development of curriculum content, training material, LMS modules, assessments and teaching aids to support all Insurance Sales and Call Center staff for ACA healthcare.

Eric Bess is currently employed as an Employee Benefits Manager at Benefit Communication Insourcing.

Eric Bess earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Howard University.
