Debbie Deale has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to instructional design, learning and development, and technology integration. Debbie is currently the Director of Instructional Design and Solution Lead at BCL, where they lead the development of instructional design solutions. Prior to that, Debbie worked as a Learning Architect and Senior Consultant at Salience Learning, where they developed custom learning solutions for the life science industry. Debbie also has experience as a Marketing and Sales Product Training Manager at BioTek Instruments, where they designed and implemented training programs for sales representatives and field scientists. Additionally, Debbie worked at Proficient Learning, LLC as a Learning Strategist, Senior Instructional Designer, and Project Lead, where they designed and implemented training programs for global organizations. Debbie has also held positions as an Instructional Technology Integration Specialist at Burlington School District, a Program Coordinator and Instructional Designer at UNC Wilmington, a Marketing and Advertising Manager and Realtor at Southport Realty, Inc., and an Educator and Technology Coordinator at Trailside Elementary. Debbie's early career includes roles as a Computer Support Specialist and Trainer at Brunswick County Schools and an Educator at Southport Elementary.Throughout their career, Debbie has demonstrated a strong ability to analyze training needs, design effective programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve desired business results.

Debbie Deale completed their education history with a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Debbie pursued this degree from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Business Administration from Houghton University. Debbie'sundergraduate studies took place between 1988 and 1992.
