Carmen Chang

People Operations Coordinator

Carmen Chang has over 15 years of experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as a People Operations Coordinator at BCLC since November 2008. Previous roles at BCLC include HR Talent Management Assistant and HR Assistant for Employee/Leadership Development & Succession Planning. Prior to BCLC, Carmen worked at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation as a Disability Management Specialist and at Great Canadian Casinos as a Human Resources Advisor and Administrator. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
