Darlene Doricic, B.A, CPHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, employee wellness, and disability management. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in People Rewards & Wellness at BCLC since December 2019, Darlene focuses on employee wellness, recognition, and benefits. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at School District #73, where Darlene specialized in workplace investigations and the management of employee health programs. Darlene has also held various leadership positions in disability management with Interior Health Authority and has extensive consulting experience. Darlene's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from the University of Regina and various certifications in investigation skills and conflict resolution.
