Ed Lambert

Ed Lambert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, process transformation, and application performance management. Currently, as a Senior Product Manager at BCLC since July 2022, Ed leads the development and implementation of a Dynatrace-powered Observability capability aimed at enhancing application performance and user experience. Prior to this role, Ed served as a Senior Consultant at BCLC, focusing on process transformation and analytics to improve player experiences. With a background that includes key positions at Vancity Community Investment Bank, Vancity, Vancouver Coastal Health, the University of British Columbia, GlaxoSmithKline, and Novartis, Ed's expertise spans risk management, business transformation, and operational excellence. Ed holds an MSc in Management Science & Operational Research and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Warwick.
