Kim Steinbart

Kim Steinbart has a robust background in communication and management with significant experience in the public sector and tourism. Currently serving as the Manager of Player Health Advancement & Outreach at BCLC since May 2011, Kim leads initiatives aimed at enhancing safer gambling practices. Previously, Kim held the role of Senior Communications Officer at BCLC, focusing on media relations and communication strategy. Prior experience includes serving as the Provincial Fire Information Officer with the BC Public Service's Wildfire Management Branch, where responsibilities included public communication, crisis management, and team supervision. Kim's career also features roles in tourism, such as Office Supervisor at Tofino Vacation Rentals and Family Events Coordinator at Pacific Sands Resort.
