Mark Barber has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mark started their career at Harvey Group in 1997, where they served as a National Audit Manager until 2006. In 2006, Mark joined Walmart as a Store Manager and worked there until 2008. From 2008 onwards, they have been associated with Bclc, where they held various positions including Internal Auditor, Territory Manager, Sales Regional Manager, and currently serves as a Transformation Project Lead as of July 2022.
Mark Barber received a ScrumMaster certification from UBC Sauder School of Business in 2022. In 1999, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting from the University of Glamorgan. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1996, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ryerson University. Mark has also earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in Business Administration and Management from the University of Victoria.
