Patrick Lynch

Patrick Lynch is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in database administration and system engineering. Currently serving as the principal Senior Database Administrator at BCLC since April 2008, Patrick is responsible for mentoring and providing technical support to eight DBAs, as well as overseeing the database infrastructure for the Casino division, which generates significant revenue for British Columbia. Prior to BCLC, Patrick held roles at Computacenter and GE Capital ITS, where responsibilities included day-to-day database administration, infrastructure support, and server management. Patrick's early career began in network cable installation, and Patrick holds a degree in Cobol Programming from the City & Guilds, supplemented by education at The Open University and Computer Insight Training.
