Concetta Biondo

Concetta Biondo has extensive experience in customer care and business development within the telecommunications and managed services sectors. Currently serving as Customer Care Manager and previously as Business Development Associate at BCM One since April 2019, Concetta has contributed to a leading provider of NextGen Communications, supporting over 18,000 customers and 7,000+ channel resellers. Prior to BCM One, Concetta held the position of Business Development Representative at GTT from September 2017 to March 2019, enhancing cloud networking services for multinational clients. Additionally, experience includes a role as Sales Support Specialist at Transbeam from July 2013 to September 2017 and early career involvement in sales and customer service at InterGlobe Communications from June 2007 to October 2010.
