Sofia Lucas has extensive experience in asset management and business development, having held various leadership positions across several companies since 2003. Notably, Sofia served as the Director of Business Development and Head of Sales for Success Charging from August 2011 to May 2012 and as Team Leader for Due Diligences and Servicing Distressed Debt Portfolios at Multigestión Iberia, S.A. from January 2007 to August 2011. Additional key roles include Loan Portfolio Manager at Anticipa Real Estate (Blackstone Group) from November 2014 to February 2017, and Asset Management and Business Development Director at Redwood from April 2018 to July 2019. Currently, Sofia is the Head of Asset Management and Business Development at BCMGlobal since January 2025. Sofia’s educational background includes an Erasmus degree from Université Paris Nanterre and postgraduate studies from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
