Simon Heafield

Simon joined BCN Group in 2019 as Group Operations Director, following 7 years as Operations Director at Leeds based Blue Logic Computers. Simon is responsible for the group-wide support services, Network Operations Centre, Service Delivery and Service Continuity teams across their 3 offices.

Simon brings a wealth of customer service experience having worked as Head of IT for Best Western Hotels for over 15 years. This deep understanding of customer service is invaluable in driving behaviours to delight their customer base.
