BCN Nutrition & Mindset was founded in 2020 with a clear mission: to transform lives through personalized nutrition, mental coaching, and physical performance. What started with Alessio Cereda helping clients one-on-one has become a global movement of over 100 professionals committed to guiding people toward lasting, 360-degree change.

We are not just a service provider—we are pioneers in making expert nutrition and mindset coaching scalable and accessible. Our team collaborates with elite athletes, fitness professionals, and individuals seeking deep, lasting transformation. Whether it’s about optimizing performance, rebuilding confidence, or creating a healthier lifestyle, our method is rooted in science, strategy, and human connection.

From tailored nutrition plans and mindset coaching (individual or group), to training with world-class personal trainers, we offer full-spectrum support designed to empower people to take control of their body, their habits, and their future.

Today, BCN operates internationally, partnering with top brands in the wellness and fitness industry to extend our impact and bring our expertise to those who need it most.

Nutrition. Mindset. Movement.
That’s the BCN method.
