Cornelia Friedhoff

Cornelia Friedhoff has a strong background in the financial sector and logistics. Cornelia currently holds the role of Responsable logistique (COO) at BCN since 2023. Previously, they worked at finnova AG Bankware, where they held multiple roles including Head Financial Services, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Directrice marché Suisse Romand. Prior to that, they worked at BCGE as Responsable Projets d'évolution informatiques. Cornelia also has experience working at Deutsche Bank and Deutsche Bank Suisse SA in various production management roles.

Cornelia Friedhoff has a diverse education history. In 1994-1999, they studied at Universität des Saarlandes and obtained a Diplomkauffrau degree, specializing in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Aussenhandel, and Marketing. In 2001, they pursued Securities Operations - I at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. In 2010, they attended ESMT Berlin and completed the Deutsche Bank GT CB Talent Academy Program. In 2011, they obtained an ITIL foundation certification from APMG-International. In 2019, they received an ITIL intermediate certificate in IT Service Operation from PeopleCert. In 2020, they pursued Prosci Change Management at CMC Partnership. Most recently, in 2022, they completed a CAS Change Management program at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Additionally, they hold a certification in Finnovation Days 2022 from finnova AG Bankware.
