Pascal Stegmann

Pascal Stegmann has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Pascal began their career in 1986 as an International Technical Service Representative at BOBST. Pascal then transitioned to Ergo Concept SA in 1990, where they served as an IT Manager. In 1991, they joined Thomson Reuters as a Customer Service Engineer and later became an e-Business Project Consultant. In 2001, they joined Banque Privée Espírito Santo SA as a Senior Project Manager for the bank's strategic developments and Chief Information Security Officer. Over the years, they held various positions within the company, including Head of IT & Logistics, Chief Security Officer, and Chief Information Officer. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Transition Manager and Chief Information and Operating Officer ad interim at Banque Privée Espírito Santo SA en liquidation, Finma/Carrard Consulting SA, SR opérations. Currently, they hold the position of Head of IT & Digital at BCN - Banque Cantonale Neuchâteloise.

Pascal Stegmann is currently enrolled in IMD's Digital Disruption Program since 2020. Previously, they completed their Master's in Quality and Strategy Management at HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale from 2011 to 2013. In 2001 to 2002, Pascal earned a Certificate in IT Security and Quality from the University of Geneva.
