Andrea Ciliberti has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2008, they began their career as an Account Manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where they were responsible for managing and developing the target market in the nightlife and nightclub sector in the Milan area. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Account Manager at Rolled Alloys, focusing on managing and maintaining a specific customer base while also consolidating the company's business in the relevant market segment.
In 2010, Andrea joined Gruppo Teddy as a Marketing Manager, overseeing the launch and sales of seasonal clothing collections. Andrea conducted market research, defined target audiences, analyzed competition, developed and tested products, and implemented strategies for brand positioning and promotional activities.
Andrea joined Birra Amarcord Spa in 2013 as a Senior Trade Marketing Manager, responsible for planning and controlling product distribution and developing brand strategies. Andrea later became the Export Manager and eventually the Chief Marketing Officer, where they managed marketing and communication activities, opened new sales markets, and established strategic agreements with commercial partners. Under their leadership, the company became the leading independent Italian brewery.
In 2019, Andrea joined KNOBS as the Chief Growth Officer, focusing on advising clients on integrating blockchain technology into their business models. Andrea ensured the successful execution of projects while respecting timelines, costs, and quality standards. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Blockchain & Business Consultant, offering advice on blockchain integration and supporting the development of new business models.
Most recently, in 2020, Andrea co-founded Bcode, a software engineering company in the Web3 space. As the Chief Executive Officer, they led the development of a Web3 no-code and no-crypto platform, enabling companies to notarize data, create and manage tokens, and transfer digital assets to consumers easily.
Throughout their career, Andrea Ciliberti has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in marketing, business development, and blockchain technology.
Andrea Ciliberti began their education in 2005 at the Università degli Studi di Milano, where they pursued a degree in Scienze della Comunicazione. They completed their studies in 2008 and obtained the qualification of Dottore. In the same year, Andrea obtained the IAA International Advertising Association Certificate from the International Advertising Association.
In 2009, Andrea attended the Istituto Europeo di Design, where they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing e Comunicazione. They completed this program in 2009.
In 2016, Andrea attended Mind the Bridge, an entrepreneurship and startup school in San Francisco. They completed a program in Entrepreneurship.
