Leon Mann

Leon Mann MBE is a highly respected figure in the sports industry with extensive experience as a board trustee at Black Equity Organisation, founder and managing director of Refresh Sports Consultancy and Productions, and co-founder of Football Black List. Mann's career began at Kick Racism Out of Football in 2002, followed by roles as a broadcaster and filmmaker with BBC Sport and ITV Sport. Additional contributions include founding BCOMS and serving as vice chair of the Sports Journalists Association, along with advisory positions at PGMOL and Sky. Mann holds a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Portsmouth and has a robust background in journalism and filmmaking, particularly focusing on football and Olympic sports.
