Lance Rodeman

Lance serves as the Director of Engineering and Product Management for BCR. Lance has 11 years of progressive experience in the industrial water treatment industry, working with multifunctional engineering disciplines to improve product design, operability, and cost. Previously, he has held positions from applications engineering, project management, regional technical management, and technical directorship. His experience in high specification projects in the energy sector on multiple continents results in broad understanding of industry standards around the world. Leadership of product improvements through addition of on-line analysis, mechanical improvements and chemical surface modification have resulted in valued IP in the water treatment industry. Lance has a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Lance is an experienced diy’er and enjoys construction and woodworking.
