BCR VENTURES USA INC. was established to empower Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance producers, agents, and financial managers with unparalleled access to a vast array of life insurance products, innovative strategies, and leading industry providers. Through strategic partnerships, we’ve crafted a one-of-a-kind platform designed to offer comprehensive support services, including:

 Tailored marketing solutions
Private-labeled management systems accessible directly from the agent’s platform
Seamless integration of direct access links
In-depth sales seminars
What sets us apart is our ability to deliver all these resources with full DIRECT ACCESS, ensuring agents have the tools and protocols they need to be fully operational without delay.

At BCR, we offer a strategic and extensive selection of products, but more importantly, we provide dedicated service and robust support, all easily accessible at the agent’s fingertips. Our proprietary three-tier system is designed to align with the specific operational needs, goals, and demands of each agent or agency. From onboarding to everyday operations, BCR handles the heavy lifting, making engagement effortless—because time is money.

Founded by industry veterans Bart Bakelaar, David Conkling, and Ron Roth, BCR Ventures was built on a foundation of over 75 years of combined experience in P&C insurance, life insurance sales, comprehensive financial planning, and brokerage operations management. Together, they’ve created a platform that not only supports but significantly enhances agency growth and revenue potential.

By expanding the suite of products and services available, BCR strengthens client relationships and transforms how agencies operate, leading to sustained success.
