### **Your Crew. Our People.**

Since 1946, BCS Group | Boers Crew Services has been supporting the maritime industry with reliable, efficient and people-driven crew logistics. What started as a single taxi service has grown into a trusted international partner, providing a full range of **Crew, Husbandry and Visa Services** to ship owners, managers and operators worldwide.

Today, we do much more than transport crew. We coordinate complete crew changes, provide husbandry support for vessels in port, arrange worldwide visa and immigration services, organise hotel accommodations, liaise with local authorities and port agents, and ensure that every crew member arrives safely and on time—wherever they need to be.

As one of the leading **visa specialists within the maritime industry**, we have extensive knowledge of Schengen visas, Visas on Arrival, transit documentation and complex immigration procedures. Our dedicated Visa Expert Centre supports clients across Europe and beyond, ensuring compliance while minimizing delays.

With offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and the Philippines, and a team of passionate maritime professionals, we provide 24/7 support tailored to the needs of the global shipping industry. Whether it's a last-minute crew change, husbandry assistance, transportation, accommodation or documentation, our experienced teams are ready to act quickly and efficiently.

At BCS Group, we combine over 75 years of experience with a practical, hands-on approach rooted in Rotterdam. We believe that exceptional service is built on reliability, flexibility and personal commitment. That's why we don't just deliver services—we build long-term partnerships.
