Tarvo Tikand

Tarvo Tikand is currently the Head of Business Analysis Solutions at BCS Itera AS, focusing on ERP, BI, and HRM solutions. They previously served as Route Revenue Manager at AS Tallink Group from 2015 to 2020 and held the position of Senior Business Analyst and Business Consultant at AS G4S Eesti from 2009 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Tarvo was the Chief Financial Officer at AS Ülemiste Autoteenindus FORD from 1997 to 1999 and worked as Financial and Development Director at AS G4S Sularahakeskus in 2009. Tarvo earned a degree from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology in the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, completing the program from 1987 to 1994.
