BCS Training Academy was established in January 2016, specifically to address the significant demand for Automotive Commercial Vehicle Apprentice Training and complementary Non-Technical Training Programmes in South Africa. From its inception in Centurion, Gauteng, the academy has grown to become a preferred training facility, known for its specialised focus within the automotive sector.

The academy differentiates itself through its facilities, designed to provide comprehensive, hands-on experience. Its curriculum and training delivery are supported by strategic partnerships, notably with Equal Career Services, which serves as its main training provider. This collaboration ensures that programs are accredited (e.g., MERSETA) and align with high industry standards, guaranteeing the quality and national recognition of qualifications.
