Tim Stanley is the Co-Founder of BCT Development and the Head of Development at Cherry Tree Capital Partners. With extensive experience in P&L management, team building, and organizational development, Tim has successfully led initiatives at prominent companies such as Public Storage and the Irvine Company. They were instrumental in tripling the development pipeline at Public Storage to over $1 billion and overseeing the procurement of a $3 billion development pipeline at the Irvine Company. Currently, Tim is pursuing an MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Civil Engineering at UC Berkeley.
