Stephen Tate

Stephen Tate has a strong and extensive work experience in leadership positions. Stephen founded BCT LLC in 2006 and served as the Founder. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive VP/COO at Essex Corporation from 2005 to 2007. Stephen also held the position of Vice President/COO at Windermere Technologies, L.C. from 2004 to 2006. Before that, they served as the Vice President Intelligence Operations at OAO Corporation from 2000 to 2002. Stephen began their career at the National Security Agency in 1980 and worked there for twenty years, holding the role of SES Senior Executive Service.

Stephen Tate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Long Beach, which they obtained from 1970 to 1975. Stephen further pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Hood College from 1980 to 1985. Later on, they attended the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy. Additionally, they obtained a certification in The Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) from the National Security Agency in 1986.
